John deer densified shuttering film face plywood is made from high quality veneers which are peeled from selected logs. Each and every log as well as veneers are treated with preservative and bonded by using specially formulated Phenolic resin. High resin content paper is used as a film and pasted on shuttering plywood to get maximum repetition in shuttering work. This product is manufactured under high pressure to provide more density and its mirror like superior finish on both sides making it most effective in RCC constructions.
